I called in response to the "free sample" of Epiclear, pay $12.95 shipping cost only radio ad. I requested the free sample and agreed to the $12.95 shipping charge. I did not order product at that time. I told the sales rep that I was not interested in pllacing an order at that time or ordering the product for future use. Confirmed the shipping fee of $12.95, confirmed the authorization is one time charge of $12.95 and stated that no other fees or will be billed to my account.

I recieved a 90 day supply of epiclear plus a big fat unauthorized charge, ( 6 bottles of Epiclear ) for $149.95 and $14.95 shipping fee. Need I say more...... How can this company continue to rip consumers off for over a year? According to the Rip Off page, a complaint was filed October 22, 2003. A total of 22 complaints have been filed on one web site alone on this company! Just think of the consumers that have not filed a complaint!!! My question is, Quality of product, that is represented by a company that practices dishonest business ethics? SCARY !
