I went to make a return from a product I purchased previously from the epidermis store on lexington avenue.  I had felt pushed into it and cme back to try to discuss a return.  They didn't want to hear me and proceeded to push multipe products on me.  I kept saying I couldn't afford it and didn't have the money and was told it would be the best thing I ever did.  They continued pushing amd pushing.  They literally accost people on the street with free products they suddeny don't have and get people to come in the store.  I was overwhelmed and tired of saying I couldn't afford it and felt warn down and gave her my credit card.  I quickly realized I had been warn down and told the sales girl to give me back my credit card, that I no longer wanted to make the purchase. She kept changing the price and throwing in free items.  I specifically said give me back my card, I can't afford this and put out my hand.  She then swiped my card anyway.  I was blown away and went to get a friend. They said they couldn't take the return because they wrote instructions on the box.  I then took out a tissue and wiped off the magic marker directions and then there was another reason why they woud not refund my money.  They were nasty, rude, didn't care that their customer was upset and wrongfully charged.  They gave me a customer service number to call.  It is a cell phone number.  I see there are a ridiculous number of complaints and other custners have also complained that there is no customer service and that no one ever calls you back.  I was charged $2700.00 on my credit card when I specificly told them not to.  This store should be shut down for so many reasons.  They accost people on the street under false pretense, don't listen and ring up fraudulent charges, while they confuse you, change the price and throw in "free items."  Face creams should not cost $600-700.  They are a rip off.  The same products I realize are much cheaper on line.  Please tell me how to get my money back as I told them not to ring the order and they refused the return for multiple reasons.  As I addressed each one, they changed their reasons.  I strongly suggest no one visit this store.
