I order epila laser hair removal machine from the website on 11/23/2008. I received the machine from Korea on 12/09/2008. It was not very effective machine and I decided to return it. I paid return shipment out of my pocket and send it back on 12/27/2008. I also tracked it down with express mail and the machine delivered by 01/02/2009 to the company.

I waited couple of months for my refund and I got nothing. I send at least 4 e-mail for the company and finally they send me a ticket code to indicate that someone will contact with me. Of course, no one bothered to contact with me. I got on their website and talk to various people with no name in their chat room/customer service reps. On March 2009, one of the rep told me that they were going to send my money in the mail less than a week. I received nothing again.

On June 1st 2009, I talked to a rep name Gabriel. She was very helpful and told me that after Veronica in refund department verify my return, I will get my money back overnight. She also told me that Veronica will call me about the refund status same day.

As of today June 12, 2009, I still got neither my refund nor a phone call about the status of my refund. I contacted them again through chat room and I got the same answer. I also decided to call and talk to someone in the refund department on June 12, 2009. I came across automatic service and I waited at least an hour for someone to pick the line up. Again, I got nothing. It has been 7 months and horrible experience, I am still waiting to get my money back. They can at least give me a phone call and tell me that they will not refund my money, rather than wasting my time on the phone and chat rooms.
