EppiCard JP Morgan Bank EppiCard Of Florida The company charges you 25 cents any time you call weather you check the balance or speak tp customer service Internet

I use the florida eppicard from jp morgan bank for child support disbursment and everytime you check the system. Your told by the message it is down  and when you call the system weather it,s through customer service or balance check. So today 07/17/2012 i called trying to get to customer service. But instead kept being asked for a social and pin then when you donot put in the phone hangs up. so finall i just hit the number that says my card was damaged the behold here comes a nice nasty young lady so after giving out all the the she said no i will refund the 75 cents to me i said ok then asked her when will the site be up again she told me just  info. she tells me to hold comes back but wait i hear some tell her you can only give her back 75 cents. so she comes back and says mam i am sorry we canot fefund the charges so i say let me speak to your supervisor.So get the the supervisor i explain the problem then i was told well i was rude and either i can hang up the phone or listen so i said to her i have heard you but which one of you lying child support she says well i can have the charges refunded. BUT BEING A SMART BUT she says  oh you have to speak to the rep again and aplogies i said what let me speak to your supervisor  and i was transferred to the same nice nasty  rep and tried to tell me i was cursing now i told her no you heard the tv and let me speak to another supervisor   She said she would fix it then i asked when would the site be up she said it wold be a message on their i said ok she told me to have a nice evenig i told her the same. JP MORGAN COMPANY BANK DEBIT CARD IS AWFULSO IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVCE.
