Equifax Banks ripoff says I have r9's on credit Pruchased ONLINE REPORT from equifax says nothing wrong info Internet

I went to my bank to renew my mortgage and they denied it because of bad credit 7 entries

I payed www.equifax.com for my credit report and the payment came off of my credit card

the report I recieved was blank I emailed them they just keep sendin me the same generic email saying they only have whats reported to them.

So they report one thing to the banks and won't tell me what it says. I went to www.recol.ca a RCMP and OPP reporting site and Equifax is a sponsor ?????

Here is what they wrote

Dear Mr. McColl,

We have received your email inquiry.

We only receive, maintain, and provide information about the credit history of our consumers. The information we provide on the credit report is what your current creditor reports to us. Errors on your credit report may be a result of inaccurate or incomplete information reported by your creditor. If you believe that your credit information is incorrect, please contact the credit grantor directly.

The updates are related to what your creditor reports to us and when does your creditor reports it, we are unable to update information by our own.

If you have disputed information on your Equifax Credit Report (TM) the update process may take up to 30 business days to show on your credit report.


So they basically are selling nothing you still have to write in manually to get the proper report if at all
