Equinox Beauty Promised extension to free trial when I phoned to cancel now say I can only cancel on payment of £39 Larnaca Internet

I signed up for a free 10 day trial of their beauty serums and revitalising facecream after seeing an advert on Facebook. The products arrived after a few days but I was not impressed by them so rand to cancel a dy before trial was due to end. Was informed by call centre woman that they would extend the trial for a further two weeks and then further products would only cost £39.00 instead of £69.00 per month.  I was persuaded to do this but still was not impressed so I have just rung (again a day before the trial was due to end) to cancel, to be told that they will cancel any further deliveries on payment of £39.00 and return of the jars.

I explained that A) I will not pay any money since they told me they were extending the free trial

B) I cannot return the jars since I travelled by plane to Germany yesterday and the jars were taken by the airport security.

They refuse to cancel 'my subscription' unless I do both of the above - even the Supervisor I spoke with insists on this so I am in dispute with them, have informed my Bank not to make any payments and want to warn others of the fraud which I feel is being committed by this company
