Every consumer beware of this unscrupulous company.
The "fluoride" water filter is a piece of garbage and does not remove not even an ounce of fluoride from the water supply.
After two separate tests done by two independent water testing companies, I called Equinox to confront them about their filter. They were argumentative and claimed that no on else in the whole world had ever complained before... when I told them that I knew that was a lie, they then turned their argument to the fact that maybe my water supply was not "compatible" with their filter!
Unbelievable.
Do not spend any money with this deceitful, unethical company.
They refused to refund my money, and will argue with the customer all day if that is what it takes to get away with robbing a customer.
The FTC and the State of Michigan should investigate this company immediately.
