On 6/25/13 I ordered Equinox Facial Cream and something called RVTL Antiaging Cream. The final bill of sale said the special price was only for a short time and after that, it would be $99 a month. So withint 15 min. I canceled the order. A month later the shipping charges of $4.95 for each one showed up on my VISA card. I called them - could barely understand them - and was told the order was canceled, but I neglected to cancel the shipping charge. How can they charge me shipping for something they never shipped?

I printed off the Cancellation Slip and kept it.
