Equinox/Sheridan Labs RVTL, Phoenix Labs, Skin Health XXX838GB, OIS*OutsideIn Skin Multiple unauthorized debit card charges for unordered products not received Sparks Nevada

   I placed an internet order for their free 14-day trial of products and paid the $4.95 shipping with my debit card.  I then notified the company I did not want further products within the 14-day period and much later received a single shipment that I returned unopened to the company.  In the interim, they charged 4 separate charges to my card using two separate identities (charges for "Skin Health" and "OIS-OutsideIn Skin" showed about 7 days apart, each time with duplicate charges (4 hits in all) for $93, $99, $99, and $105.  

    I have not contacted the company about these charges because they are illegal.  Instead, I contacted my bank and disputed the charges.  They had to put a hold on my card and have flagged this company.

    Note:  The address of the company, 1285 Baring Boulevard, Sparks, NV, is a UPS mailbox store, not a company location.  They are also in tandem with RVTL aka Phoenix Labs, 2551 East Ave S, G100, Palmdale, CA.  Check Google Maps---this is the address for either a Del Taco or strip mall of some kind.  

    Another alias applears to be Envisage or Outside In Skin of 14953 Heritage Crest Way, Unit C, Bluffdale UT  84065 (877.524.0259).  (Scambook has a lot of info on them.)  According to Google Maps, this address does not exist.  There is a 14953 Heritagecrest Way in Riverton UT 84065 and from the look of it the place is a boats/marine sales and storage facility.  

    Strongly suggest to anyone that you not contact the scam companies and give them more info about you.  Contact your bank and let them get your money back because THEY have the scammers account numbers!
