Equitable Acceptance Corporation I was told I need to have this program in order to get on the Obama program. Minneapolis Internet

I called the Obama Forgiviness program to help with my student loans. I found the number on face book. When I called I was set up for the program and also for equitable acceptance. Once i was told it would be 40 a month i asked was that necessary and the customer service representative informed me that it was and if I didnt recieve this program i could not get on the obama program. Since April I have been payig them to now find out that i never needed it in the first place like i ogrinally thought and was told otherwise. I am here to report fraud due to the fact if the representative was  honest and told me that if I didnt need the program i didt have to have it I wouldnt have paid almost $1000 to this company that is also messing with my credit as well. I am asking for someone ot assist me. Now everyoe is giving me the run around and im leaving numerous voice mails with no return call. I feel that they are acknowledgiing there mistake and trying to pass me by I have the acount rapped up into my bank account and cannot cancel unless face credit issuses. 

I would like to seek legal guidence for this matter as soon as possible.
