Beware of the following "EMI" Companies (data source: Bizapedia)
These companies are the "Financial" arm for companies related to Blue Water Partnership; Blue Water Recreation, Platinum Image Motorsports, EZ2Buy LLC.
Very suspect that the names all have initials EMI and 3 of 4 are basically the same address.
Also, the Registered Agents are suspected to be involvoed in fraudulent business practices, most likely all linked to David Goodman and Blue Water Partnership.
