Company has improperly witheld bi-weekly payment to me personally and changed my tax bracket to suit their own needs. When I have called to have my pay checks correct my tax bracket changed. Lack of corrected pay checks have caused numerous  non sufficient funds charges on my  bank account.  I had to move from my apartment in Pacheco, california. Unemployment has been incorrectly denied  to me. I want to file a suit aginst them for causing delays of my pay. I have heard that I am not the only one to have this problem. They worked me more hours than I got paid for in the year 2014. NOw claiming that they paid me more than they actually have. I want to file a suit  for defamation of character based on things I was told by my Regional Manager who is racist and biased.
