equity management they keep calling, the salesman is paul 1-818-923-1016 and they keep harrassing was told not to call again they are conartists uNationwide

There was a person named paul, that continiously call here and tries to con us out of money they say that they are a  home equity loan and they call themselves equity management.  They have been told not to ever call here again.  They continously call and harrass.  We are not rich and can not afford to lose a home and start off from scratch, especially to a con artist.  They need to be stopped. Would like to see something done about this problem. I am disabled and the home-owner is retired and living on  a fixed income.
