ERA Rental side Lake County Florida Jean and Michael Make money on application fees never to help you find a rental Leesburg Florida

 I was told to apply to any property ERA had listed online simply to begin the background check process as well as tell them what we were looking for. After spending money on app fees for both myself and my husband we were told by Michael that he would perform a search and call us back. Never calling back, I called him to be told the same thing and this happened about 4 or 5 times. Needless to say we found a place on our own and so I called Jean, the manager several times to report this problem and try to get a refund because they did absolutely no service to us. She never returned my calls. I called for the last time stating to Debbie at the desk that I was calling the Better Biz Bureau and was told Jean would call me back that day. When Jean called me she read Michael's notes who had made notes that were lies to protect himself which really didn't apply anyway, but never the less Jean said it was my word against his. Most importantly her words were that if you apply to a certain property (guided to do so by Michael) and that property isn't available we would never be called back and that Michael saying he would run a search wasn't what they did. Great customer service Jean. Great job looking out for your paying customers and an even better job of protecting a lying agent over $110. Also, Michael needs to be properly trained on what you do and that is a direct reflection on poor management.
