I was charged 48.04 for a burrito! You'll never be able to get a hold of a manager! The employees pretend to not be able to understand english when you ask for manager. When I went to store I was ignored then treated very poorly, when I told the cook who was the one who did my debit transaction that I needed a manager now because I had to go back to work, he replied so!
The cook claims he wasn't working that day. I explained to them that it didn't matter who worked that day it was prob a mistake and they should just put the money back minus burrito. They seemed intent on turning it into a argument and blame game and it was inevitably going to lead to a fight! The manager or someone claiming to be the manager mumbled some bs on my voicemail. Didn't even leave a number! Its sad nowdays the level of service you get today! But it seems to be the norm!

Let me start off by saying smoke weed but i know my math. So i buy my lucnch it cost $15. And some change. I gave her a $20 she give me the change and walks away. I call her back and say u didnt give me my five dollars. She then looks me in face and says no i didnt i gave it to you. Naturaly i get heated asked for manager. What do u know the store doesnt have manager. I told her count register down and watch it be over. She says the rgister isnt over. Without even checking. Now grant it it wasnt as much as you but how many pep are they doing this to. Take $1 from 1000 pep thats $1000. Im not racist but f*** ********* that come here illegaly and scam us AMERICANS
