Eric A. Lanigan, Attorney at Lanigan & Lannigan Eric Lanigan, morally repugnant attorney Winter Park Florida

After I learned I am terminally ill 2 years ago, I decided to retire from being a paralegal.  I'd lost enough sleep during my career watching attorneys congratulate each other on finding new ways to financially rape clients.  In 31 years, I never met a more repugnant than Eric Lanigan.  My husband and I gave our new landlord $1,500 as 1/2 month's rent and security deposit.  This b**** had us walk through the property at night. She KNEW the A/C didn't work, fridge and stove were inoperable, septic was backed-up.  In the first few days, we attempted to contaaact her via phone. Even took the Casselberry Police to her home with us.  Cost us $355 for a new fridge, $1,010 to fix and drain the septic, and $400+ to fix the A/C.  A few weeks later, the rusted out holes in the bottom of the hot water tank burst.  She'd taken rags and wrapped them in plastic before plugging the holes and sealing with duct tape.  Another $650 expense.  We deducted from the rent and sent her certified letters with copies of the receipts.  Florida legislators, in their infinite wisdom, wrote laws which are landlord favored.  They require that we have no working toilets and shower for 12 days after notifying the landlord of the problem.  Judge in Seminole County was very saddened to rule against us.  We spent in excess of $2,800 and received no rent credit!!!!!!  When Sarah "Sally" Brewer finally found the morally repugnant Eric Lanigan to represent her, he couldn have done what the Judge strongly urged him to do....mediate.  He refused.  He WANTED to help this b**** screw a terminally ill woman out of $2,800 plus another $1,000 security she's keeping.  Wonder how he would have felt if his wife or mother were in my shoes.  Would he have thought it was funny to pray the neighbors wouldn't catch sight of them peeing between the bushes in the back yard at night?  Would he have thought it was funny having to clean feces off them after having not made it to Target or the gas station in time when the urge hit?  This man is certainly going to enjoy seeing me on the sidewalk in front of his law firm with a very large sign detailing how morally bankrupt he is this next week.  And  Sarah "Sally" Brewer can expect me in her neighborhood, as well.  Will enjoy letting your neighbors learn what a heinous scam artist you are!
