Eric Baldwin - BiG Web Failed to complete original proposal for Web Page Design Los Alamitos CA

I do not recommend hiring this Web Designer.  I had the worst experience with Mr. Eric Baldwin.

His Company is called BIG-WEB and located in Los Alamitos, CA off of Katella Ave. The only thing that was good about him was he was local to our business office.

He did not fulfill what we talked about nor did he even completely do what was on his initial written quote to me. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED !

I gave him several additional weeks to make changes and do what changes he said he would do and as it turns out he never did that either.

 I wrote what was to be my last email to him, asking him to make good on his agreement with me in regards to changes to website and if I did not hear back from him, I then, shall assume him to be complete and this I guess is his normal way of doing business.  In which he doesn’t do what the client is asking for (even after meeting and discussing and seeing examples) and not following his own written quote/estimate to accomplish the few items on it.  It was my mistake to pay him in full before the job was complete and I was trying to help him out as he called me asking for the other half of the payment before the site was done.  I trusted what he was telling me and I was under the impression he was just a step away from being complete.  He then fell off the map suddenly, and after a few attempts to contact him I finally got a call back from him.  Once again he assured me he would get it corrected and completed.  NOPE; BFL (Big Fat Lie).  He has just abandoned my project completely and no longer responds to calls or emails.

I could write on and on about him but I don’t want him occupying space in my head any longer.

BEWARE !   I’ve Warned You.  If you do hire him anyway , I wish you the best of luck.
