I was contacted by this guy known as Eric Brooks, he seemed very genuine and sincere..he promised that It would be easy and that I would have my money back in a few weeks.
The first scam was Cash gifting I got in at the $500 level and promised the world..He got people I know in at the $3500 level!! She never made a dime!! He told me to advertise on craigslist, newspapers,etc, I spent thousands of dollars to try and get this thing going and got nothing but a huge credit card bill!!
Then he got me involved in a MLM program I spent $250 to get involved with another person. He called me a month later and said I should be under him, so I did. Stupid me!
Then he talked me into sponsoring my brother and my wife under me which I paid for. I paid $299 for both of them. The cost from the website is $250.. He charged me $50 over the original price X 3!!
He said I should have my money back within 2 weeks to a month..U guessed it..Ive never received a dime!!

No, He has not paid me back. He owes me $500 for cash gifting and he owes me $1200 for the numerous TVI Express accounts he had me open up. I was stupid in letting Eric talk me into this. He seems nice but beware. If anybody has any info please email me at roadbicycling@yahoo.com. If I dont get my money Im going to hire a lawyer and have the cops arrest him.

You may have been paid back from this guy, but he still owes me $3,500.00 and I know he will never pay me back. If it looks like a skunk, smells like a skunk, it probably is a skunk........Eric only pay's you back if it's a small amount or you threaten to have him arrested.
He should do the right thing without being leaned on.

Im writing to report that Eric Brooks is not a Fraud!! He was in the Hospital for a few weeks and I couldnt get ahold of him.Since he was sick he couldn't call me. I jumped the gun and filed a report on him.He got ahold of me and offered to give me my money back and/or help me get things moving again. He has in past times called me to help me and gave me advise. He really wants to help people!! If you are contacted by him give him a chance he really will help you. He can't do it all for you though..you have to help yourself and do some of the work..he is only one person.. Maybe that was some of my problem..who knows..I am sorry Eric for posting this and ask for your forgiveness.. TVI Express is the real deal, and you can make money at it..
