Eric Dress They stole $175.67 and won't provide me with the return address China Internet

I am reporting this to save somebody from getting ripped off by this company. I ordered a wedding dress here thinking everything was going to be alright, but I was very wrong. They sent the dress with a completely off size. It did not fit any where. I reached out to the company to get a return address for a refund, but they refused. They kept pushing me to return the dress for an exchange, but no refund. I once again contacted them saying the dress could not be returned for an exchange due to the fact the wedding is happening next weeks, so I will need a full refund. They once again refused to send me the return address. They replied by saying that, I can only get a 40% refund of what I paid plus I would have to pay for the return shipping cost as well as the shipping cost that they incurred for sending the item to me. It is crazy because they decided to send me the wrong sized item. They inconvenienced me, not the other way around. It says on their website that you will be able to get a refund if you inquire about an item prior to the 30th day after receiving it, but this is very deceiptful. Please avoid this company at all cost. I don't want you to spend hundreds of dollars and then not be able to return the item if it doesn't fit. It is a big risk you will be taking. I am now down $175. I can't believe the US doesn't regulate companies like this and allows them to operate while stealing customers hard earned money.
