Eric Kline/ Klinedigital.com I paid Eric to design my website and he did nothing for 2months and want answer my emails, calls, or Text. Scottsdale Arizona

I found Eric on Craigslist. He had an add up for freelance web developement. After checking out his website and his porfolio i decided to contact him. He was very prompt in his responses, so that made me feel at ease. We then dicussed my idea. He took good notes, asked the right questions, and later sent me a proposal. It looked great and was a reasonable price, so i decided to hire him. I asked how could i make the payment, and he gave me two choices which shouldve been a red flag, but I continued anyway. The choices were ACH or Wire to a bank in Winston Salem (this was a red flag) but i continued. After i wired the money he qouted me a 10 day turn around. (another red flag) I knew it would take longer than 10 days, but i had already spent my money so I was hoping for the best. After he recieved my money I spoke with him about the project twice, after 10 days went by I texted and emailed him about the project he assured me it would be ready in a couple days. A week goes by he says another couple days. 2 more weeks go by and he has still yet to show me any progress on my project. After 2 months of this i realized that I was getting ripped off and he was never going to give me my money back or complete the project. Beware of Eric Kline he's a likable young man, which makes him very believable and a very good crook.
