I provided free tech support (as a favor) on his laptop and paid for him to ship the laptop to me.
In September, he repeatedly requested that I ship the laptop to him. I shipped the laptop to him on 9/17/12 upon the guarantee that he would reimburse the FedEx charges of $133.01. I have been trying to collect this debt for two months. Despite repeated phone calls, emails and faxes, he has refused to pay the amount. Now the total is $135.67 (including 2 months interest).
He has lied about receiving the any of the receipts, he has constantly ignored my repeated requests to pay the debt he owes and continues to give excuses for not paying the debt. I have mailed the receipts to him at home and his employer, the first being sent the same day as the shipment, 9/17/12.
First he stated, he would pay in installments. Then he stated he would pay when he received his paycheck. None of these statements were true, he had no intention of paying this debt.
He is a deadbeat and who had no intention of keeping his word.
