Eric Mendoza Summerlin Community Association Summerlin North Community Association Harassment & stalking, bullying and fraud Las Vegas, Nevada

I have been stalked, bullied, harassed, and threatened by Eric Mendoza, the HOA manager for Howard Hughes Summerlin North Community HOA. This guy parks outside my house, drives by as many as four times per day, takes pictures of my activities in when I'm working in my garage with the door open, and makes threats when I call him to deal with it. He sits and watches my lawn guy, I don't know if this guy is mentally competent or trustworthy to be taking pictures of people's homes, but I think his mental state should be examined. I wouldn't want my daughter playing in the front yard with this creep watching. I've tried to file complaints with his supervisor, that doesn't call me back, and now I'm forced to take legal and police action to get a restraining order on this guy.

To all who have been or are being harassed by Summerlin North Community HOA, please file complaints and legal complaints. They are acting well outside their legal bounds.
