I was also a victim of trusting Eric Noveshen investment advice, and I knew him through his bar.  I thought I had a personal connection why would he screw me.  He talked me into buying 12,000 worth of the penny stock Simulated(SMEV).  I lost everything.

Eric Noveshen responded to the other report on him with a cease and desist instead of a reubttal.  A form letter of threats and to shut p[eople up so he can continue his fraudlent business tactics.  Where are the facts supporting his claim that the report isn't true?

FACT:  The Envision Capital/Bridgewater Capital/Eric Noveshen report by Jacobjustice is supported by documents and facts.

1.  In 2002 Eric Noveshen was found guilty of "churning, unauthorized trading, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, common-law fraud, negligence and breach of NASD Rules of Fair Practice and NYSE Rules".  An award of $125,000.00 was made to the injured party Ellen Finkelstein.  Eric Noveshen was responsible "jointly and severally and ordered to pay the sum of $125,000 and compensatory damages plus interest".

2.  To get out of paying his portion of the award to the client, Eric Noveshen list Roan-Meyers in 4 entries in his 2005 bankruptcy filing forcing the firm to cover the entire cost.

3.  In 2007 Eric Noveshen was sued along with his firm Roan-Meyers by client James Venooker.  An arbitration settled the case with the injured party awarded $28,500.00.  Again the firm had to pay for Eric Noveshen's wrong doing.

FACT:  Eric Noveshen is no longer a licensed broker for these reasons.

4.  In 2012 Eric Noveshen/Envision Capital were sued in Federal Court, accused of masterminding a Pump and Dump stock scam of penny stock SMEV. in Allen Licht v Ajene Watson, et al. US District Court Case 0:12cv62197.  The accusations were familiar- fraud,conspiracy,wire fraud.  The comp[laint sites that Eric Noveshen was engaged in other penny stock pump-and-dumps with stock symbols EDWY in 2009 and OTHM(ticker is now PNOW after a reverse merger and pump n dump in Nov-Dec 2014)  The SMEV case was dismissed- NOT because the defendants were found not guilty but because the plaintiff was not able to bring the lawsuit because he was not a buyer and seller of the stock.

5.  In 2013 in Eric Noveshen v Bridgewater Advisors, US District Court Case 13-6155, Eric Noveshen claimed in his complaint that he suffers from"severe emotional distress" to the point that he should recieve $75,000 from the well respected hedge fund, partially for his mental suffering. m This is exactly the type of business practices/businessman Ripoff Report is designed to be able to warn others of.  Eric Noveshen's "repubttal" falls short.

If Envision Capital is legit, what legit business deals, accounts, satisfied customers does the company/ Eric Noveshen have other than the friends who used to work at Noveshen's Bar Automatic Slims that give him recommendations on linkedin but have never really done LEGIT business with him?

What would former clients Ellen Finkelstein, James Venooker, Daniel Jacobs, Allen Licht, Gary Kimmons, Encompass Holdings, and former holders of Simulated(SMEV)stock, Edoorways(EDWY)'09 stock, and now Pure Hospitality Solutions circa pump and dump of late 2014(PMOW) advise about doing business with Eric Noveshen or his companies Envision Capital, HR Ventures, or Bridgewater Capital?
