On March 30, 2016 I paid Erick Brent $2,000 and forwarded to you my signed contracts for my CPN and a $25,000 credit line.  On April 20 the $500 balance per our contract was deposited into your bank account (Wells Fargo).  
 
Per our text communications, I was to have funding by the end of June 2016.  Today it is August 17, 2016 and you have failed to communicate to me the status of the promised deliverable.
 
Accordingly, please provide me with a refund of my monies because according to the recent postings on the internet, I am not the only person who has not received the promised deliverables and your failure to communicate.
 
Please provide me with the promised deliverables or a return of my monies IMMEDIATELY otherwise actions will commence to seek a return of my monies by other means.
