Erie Office Children and Youth Jailed for Motherhood: You could be next erie Pennsylvania

Erie OCY tears family apart by pressing fraudulent charges against mother!

Charges of abuse were pressed by an inside aquaintence of the ex husband and his spouse. Local Erie Judge Sambroak denied request of teenage children to remain with the mother. He was baised and based his ruling on the verbage of Tina Trahoski, friend of the ex husband and his wife, who works for Erie OCY.

Mother petitioned Superior court and charges were expunged: HOWEVER Judge Sambroak still denied this mother's rights to her children!  Ex husbands attorny Taylor worked with Judge Samboak in the DAs office for 9 years. Judge refused to recuse himself.

Mother lost her RN position and is being forced to pay outrageous monthly support. Erie Courts refused to see the truth that OCY is fraudulent and biased. Mothers job now is parttime and minimun wage. She cannot pay amount courts set. She served five days in JAIL and was denied prescription medications! She had projectile vomiting and convultions. She was denied medical care!  Mother's father did an emergency rescue for her by paying her child support.

No one local will listen to this torn family! Her story needs heard and this horrendous tragedy needs to end!
