Eric-Nerik Borukov the owner of phony-dackota realty company scamed me for $5k  paid by check and $5k paid by cash almost two years ago when he took a down payment on a house to make sure that no one else will get the contract on a house deal.  The reason for $5k cash was that he said he will hold the money until $5k check will clear the account and after it clears he will return me back the cash money.  It was evning and he did not want to wait for next morning for me just to give him a certified check. 

Because he was the real estate broker with a valid real estate licence granted by the NYC Department of Consumer Affaires, I gave him the deposit money like he said, and was promised to get the contract signd next morning.  Then, the nightmare began.  For the first 4 month he would find me an excuse that the contract will come from the attorney office very soon because he was busy with other closings.  Then, after I realised that there wount be any cotract on the house and all this is a scam, I requested the money back.  ( By the way, $5,000 cash money was never given back because he said that the owner demands for a larger deposit to make sure I am a seriose buyer.) 

After, I asked for my money he prommissed to give me back $10,000.  He gave me numerouse appoitment where I was forced to wait for 3 to 10 hours a day for so many weeks without working.  I almost lost my job, but there was always something like a good exuse to come me down when I was angry. When I reached him once I told him I wanted to call the detectives on him, he went crazy and tryied to racketeer me by saing that my family will regret if I go to police beacause he has lots of Russian mafia mobsters in moscow where he was flying frequntly like he said, that can handle me as a problem the way he wants it. That is why I was quiet for so long until I saw this web page where I found out that I wasnt the only victim, and disided to post my complaint her to try to get some help from the goverment.

 Erik Borukhov- the orginised crime leader the owner of Dakota realty is a preditor on the loose. By showing a valid NYC granted Real estate broker Licence he induses honest working individuals to lose thier money, lots of waisted time, and most importenly lose the trust in the US system, lose the trust to The NYC Department of Consumer affairs that grants the licences to some shmock, racketeerrer like Erick Borukhov the owner of Dakota realty.

Who else can we trust if after so many complaints on this individual still nothing has been done??? Where is the NYC DCA department and thier representatives that handle legal metters, conduct a criminal investigation??? How many more people, families need to get heart before DCA or criminal justice steps in??? Who is protecting the public???, shoud it be DCA??? who will help me recover my money back???
 
I believe NYC DCA department has to be responsible for that money for granting a criminal scam ring conspirator leader Erik Borukov a valid Real estate broker License to conduct the criminal activities. Please note it is not just an agent licence it is a real estate broker license where he can hire and fire real estate agents.    I am just wondering how many members are in that scam ring?
