I ordered from this company two weeks ago for 3-5 day fedex of my product. Received confirmation of my order via e-mail and a charge to my bank account. 5 days pass, no product. Phone call results in only full voicemail, e-mail results in no response, faxed complaint, no response. 200.00 dollars gone.

I begin researching only to find that dozens of people have been robbed by Eros Boutique there are 58 complaints on better business bureau of people who have ordered, not received their product and no response from the company. I wish I could open a company just to cash in on the hard earned money of people and do whatever I please, I don't believe my moral values would allow me to number 1 and another I was under the firm belief that this is illegal to do. I believe it is time for this company to pay up what they have taken or stopped permanently from stealing from others.

Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit to have them return what is rightly theirs or putting to question their business practices? Maybe a list of individuals who have been taken by eros and would like to join a class action should be created via the web?

Dont need a class action to sue Sheila Skovholt-Rae for fraud.

"Hugh Jass" Obvious fake name.

Even though people just dispute claim and don't even bother to file it is sad because her own vendors have filed non payment and blatant breach of copyright on this very site.

Wow...going here was quite an experience. And I don't mean because of their products--I was actually going since I wanted to see some of their leather corsets in person. I had actually read all the reviews here before going and thought the low rating was due to a shock of the products,

I had actually read all the reviews here before going and thought the low rating was due to a shock of the products, but since that's a little more my taste, I thought it would be just the kind of store I was looking for. Well? Wrong. The store had no leather corsets in the store at all and in general had a very weak and very, very overpriced selection of items.

However, those cons pale in comparison to the absolutely bat-s**t crazy woman who worked there (and possibly owned the place). The other person in the store was asking the sales lady about a few different items. Suddenly she starts yelling at him that she's not there to just give out free information. She comes from behind the counter to verbally assault him and continues to yell about how she's not there to just tell him stuff for free. She inquires what his job is, and then asks how he'd like to just do his job for free. I was standing far enough away that I couldn't hear any of his responses, but I heard hers very clearly.

At some point, I went up near the counter to look at something, although why I didn't just make my escape while the guy was paying for something is now beyond me. Then she starts to go on about how everyone knows he has a p***s and that he doesn't have to walk in like he wants everyone to know. For some reason she seemed to like me, and it was only after her completely random assortment of questions (such as where I got my teeth done and what I thought about the price she paid for rent) it hit me that she was drunk. Really, really drunk. At 5pm. Luckily I was able to escape her craziness since mid-sentence she started to turn the lights off in the store and informed me that she needed to pick up her sons from football practice. I quickly ran out and prayed that she wasn't driving to get them."

The worst adult store that I have ever visited. It's small, dark, lacks customer service and selection. I walked into the store one afternoon and there was no one to greet me nor did anyone come out from the back to help me. So I helped myself. The shop has mostly leather wear and hardcore S&M products. They barely had any assortment of lingerie or vibrators, and everything was so pricey. If you're looking for a nicer store try Good Vibrations in Brookline.

Hmm.. customers AND suppliers having problems with Eros Boutique?

Sheila Skovholt-Rae is obviously "Hugh Jass" or one of her employers. The only right thing is to bring all this evidence to a court of law and have her license revoked.

For the 100th time...
A class action requires thousands of plaintiffs, all with similar issues.
The costs of the suit can run into the tens of thousands of dollars, usually more.
When it's settled, the only winners will be the lawyers.
Stop the "class action" cry of the ignorant.

This it an outright lie and fabrication to defend the fraud that Sheila Skovholt has perpetuated.

I am a customer of this website and there has been NO tracking number sent. NO email response to repeated requests for tracking number and NO contact possible because they NEVER answer their phone. It is on PERMANENT full voicemail NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY IT IS CALLED. This fraud has gone on way too long and needs to be brought down and Sheila Skovholt should never be able to run an online shop ever again.

I have disputed the charge and made sure i will not pay for Sheila Skovholt to ignore my inquiries about an order i have never received for a month and a half.

Stop Sheila Skovholt she is a fraudulent and negligent owner with no care for customer service or completing legal transactions.

Whenever we have a backordered item we e-mail the customer and let them know when their item is expected to ship. If a customer is dissatisfied with the wait time for a product we will immediately refund them. We do not have the authority to hold a persons funds without their consent. A credit card company will charge us a $25.00 fee for a chargeback and will up our percentage rate for all credit card transactions thereafter - it does not make any business sense to decline a refund to a customer if they request it.
