Eroticy - WebCapades ripoff, fraud, copyright, theft of images Palm Harbor, Florida Internet

After doing substantial research on this company, I have come to realize that my own website is a victim of Eroticy.com and its owners.

Repeatedly, I have had accounts made on MySpace.com and several other websites that are made to lure in potential customers to Eroticy.com. They have repeatedly stolen images from my site at CamWithHer.com of several of our models and made "affiliate" accounts on MySpace.com along with corresponding accounts on their own site at Eroticy.com using the same model's images.

I have repeatedly emailed Eroticy about these "affiliates" using these stolen images to make Eroticy.com money. I have only gotten snotty response or no response at all. I have specifically addressed my emails to both michelle and lisa at this company. I have provided these "affiliate ID's" as well as member profile names on Eroticy using our images. Oddly, each time we get these profiles deleted off of myspace.com, the same affiliate ID's come up on new Eroticy accounts once again soliciting on MySpace and other sites.

Eroticy has failed to close these "affiliate" accounts associated w/ the bogus MySpace accounts despite our numerous requests to do so as well as formal DMCA Complaints(complaints for copyright). Not only that, but Eroticy has failed to remove these fake profiles using our models images on their site at Eroticy.com despite our numerous requests.

I started contacting them about repeated offenses in regards to their theft of our content in late January. To date, not a single "affiliate" has had their account closed nor has any profile with our images been removed from their servers.

So in regards to the several other complaints I have seen about the "girls on eroticy" being fake, I can provide the proof to back that up at least in regards to the images stolen from my site. None of our CamWithHer models are members of Eroticy.com and we have confirmed with each and every one of them that these profiles are NOT made by them and they too are also unhappy about their images being used to sell sex, porn, etc as our site is a Non-Nude website and not porn.

Eroticy is making money using our images and we are planning on proceeding with full legal action immediately since they have failed to remove our content from their site and obviously use our content to lure in potential customers from Myspace. They are profiting from our images and we are entitled to damages as a result.
