It's 11/21 no refund yet. Phone for the company still does not work. BBB CASE#: 90112016 was closed Unanswered (No Response from Business)

Your credit is still pending for processing. Our accounting department will provide confirmation once this takes place. Refunds could take up to 6 weeks for processing.

I had been following up on your order since earlier this week. I requested a full update report on your order on Tuesday and I finally received it Today. Unfortunately, your order has experienced damaged at our Texas location. At the moment they are trying to determine if the damage was experienced during container transit or if it was experienced during handling at the warehouse. The warehouse failed to inform us earlier and that is something Upper Management is currently addressing. That explains why the lack of system updates recently . At the same time, the warehouse has tried to repair de damages by ordering replacement parts, however, they have determined that the damage is beyond repair. As a result, the shipment has been cancelled and your case has been forwarded to accounting to initiate the refund process. We normally would simply order replacements from Mexico, but since your order had already experienced a delay, we feel that making you wait again would not be acceptable. There are certain things that sometimes escape our control, and damage is certainly one of them. We apologize for this inconvenience and we appreciate your patience and understanding. I have asked for 5 updates with since sept 15th with nothing more than an autoreply. And their phone # does not work 888-706-1604 nor does their online chat service. Contacted BBB/Filed Report

Even though we update our system weekly, this could be the longest part of the process without having any new updates. Our next update will be when the warehouse/factory provides us with a tentative shipping date for your order, which depending on the items involved, could take a few days to a few weeks. However, we follow up on all orders weekly, so the moment we receive information for your order it will be uploaded right away.

Erustic, Rustic Direct Laredo TX-filed complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center

I still have heard nothing from Erustic but I have decided to keep pushing to see if I can find someone to search this 'dirty' company out and take their website down.

I filed a complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) http://www.ic3.gov/

Hopefully someone will take this serious soon

Today www.erustic.com is DOWN! I am very happy to say this (would love it even more if I could say I had something to do with it) but at least for today they are not ripping someone else off!

Erustic now emails are bouncing back too!!

After promising a credit their emails are now bouncing too. How can I get their sites shutdown.. they are operating like a legit business!!
