William, They dont post your email online here and I have no idea of the date that you wrote this. Ervin is in jail right now. The judge put him in jail for 4 weekends starting 5-21-11 but he didnt show up for his 1st weekend. We dont know if the judge did anything to him but he did show up on 5-28-11 and we was slapped with obstruction of justice.

This is NOT justice for what he has done to his whole family. Ervin tried to run his brother and his friend off of the road and was stalking them. The police confiscated his video camera but it was given back to him. I dont know if they made a copy of the tape or not but they did write on the report everything that was said on the tape to prove that he was stalking them. Ervin has booby trapped his parents farm real bad and his brother broke his ankle on the property and he had plates and pins put in it because Ervin was going on the property against a court order.
Ervin has written up a FAKE Contract to Purchase and the judge has allowed him to get away with it. The judge said that Ervin could buy his parents land. They thing is the judge never once looked at it. Its in the court records in Muskegon and it says that Ervin can buy it on a land contract, several times, and you know he never pays his bills and he will never pay his parents back. Ervin has already written up 2 promissory notes that I know of and he never paid his parents back for those. He put in a lot of other STUPID stipulations but the worst one was that if his parents or anyone tried to keep him off of the land while he has this FAKE contract that he was going to charge his parents $625 a day. So knowing Ervin he is going to try to charge them for the full 3 years which comes up to about $675,000 and in the contract he says that they were going to sell it to him for $140,000, well below market value, and he says he paid them $6,500 (no receipt just bills on copy paper, and if you look at the bills real close you will see that most of them have the same serial # on them. WHAT A JOKE!!!! And the judge is allowing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So he will charge them $675,000 minus the $133,500 that he owes them so that they will have to pay him about $132,825. Who in their right mind would have EVER signed anything as stupid as that???? He thinks everyone else is stupid and he is so smart. The people he had sign it, 1 was in either Canada or Detroit in Aug. 08 and the other one was in jail for sexually assaulting his aunt. He was coming out of jail for sexually assaulting a minor under the age of 13 and has to go back to jail for assaulting his own aunt. And this guy didnt come into the picture until 2009. Ervin is claiming that the contract was signed Aug. 22, 2008 and yet the notary paperwork is from when he illegally got a loan on the Wilson house in his fathers name without his fathers permission, Feb. 29, 2008. How can you notarize something 6 months before it was signed???? Ervin is REALLY STUPID!!!! Then he forged his parents signatures, if you look at them good you can tell they are his, and his mother even wrote up an affidavit and submitted it to the court showing that they NEVER signed it. (Court records) Ervin is so stupid, doesnt he know that ANYONE can go to the county building and look at the records and pay for copies of EVERYTHING????
Ervin even made up a FAKE Quit Claim Deed on the Wilson house. Freddie Mac foreclosed on it Jan 2010 but they had to let the squatter live in it for a year because of his squatting, now Ervin is being sued by Freddie Mac to get him out of the house, he even submitted that FAKE Quit Claim Deed into court records for 2 more judges to see and Ervin is suing Freddie Mac for $50,000 in Federal Court for Emotional Distress for 15 pages of stupid reasons. Ervin says he cant sleep at night for worrying about the house. Ervin stays up all night trying to figure out ways to screw people over. Its pretty bad that he has screwed his own parents over so bad.
Ervin is being investigated by several police departments and he will get his but it cant come soon enough for me because of all the crap he has done to me too. If there is anything else that you know about Ervin would you please tell more officers about it. I wish I could talk to you directly but no sites will give out emails etc.
Ervin has been running the trucks illegally too. I cant give any info online about it because they are investigating him too. Ervin has hidden the trucks because the state of Michigan is after them because he owes so much back taxes from jobs that he has done. Like you said before too he never pays his bills. I found out not too long ago from another driver that Ervin didnt pay him, Ervin told his mother to pay the drivers. This is just ridiculous and the law keeps letting him get away with it. If you ever saw him hurt his parents you need to call the Dept. of Elderly Abuse in Muskegon. Ervin was being investigated for elderly abuse but they said they had too many complaints so they put his on the back burner. James Hall at Dept. of Human Services was going after Ervin because he was getting checks, money for his daughters school clothes, $1.00 RXs free surgeries etc. and he even gave James fake bank #s for James to check on and he even signed paperwork that he wasnt lying when he was. I dont know where that has gone, its been over 3 years and no one has arrested him yet.
I believe you are the one who drove the truck to Tennessee when Ervin stole his sisters tractor right out off of her property. If his niece hadnt gotten out of the way you know that Ervin would have run her over just like he did his brother. Ervin lied in those police reports too. Im sure you know everything that Ervin did when he was down in TN too, illegally filing false reports with the police and with the court etc. You know what I mean.
If you really want to help put Ervin in PRISON for the rest of his life please get with Muskegon, Ottawa, and Eaton county sheriffs depts. and tell them everything you know so that they can all get together and put him away for the rest of his life. You can include the Road Grater that he literally stole from that man up north in the middle of the night and his Freightliner that he stole back from Grandville because he didnt want to pay the man for the work done on it and he lied in court stating that he NEVER owned a Freightliner and the trailer that he leased from Trailer X-Press that he NEVER paid on and tried to keep (police wouldnt do anything because he legally leased it). (Ervin painted a large Trojan head on it and Fruitport Band. What a JERK. They took him to court and won but of course Ervin still hasnt paid them for it.
Everyone, even the police, know that Ervin is a crook and yet no one will do anything about it.
ERVIN IS A FEDERAL FELON. And he will continue to hurt people until he is put in PRISON!!!! Ervin lied in court stating that he was only at that place to put in pin ball machines so he got probation. We have recently come across his license to purchase EXPLOSIVES that he got back in 1984 which proves that he was the mastermind behind the making of illegal fireworks in Grand Haven, and if the plant went up it could have taken out several blocks in Grand Haven, down by the musical fountain.
We have always thought that Ervin is doing criminal things in that house because of all the noise coming out of the house at weird hours and the coming and going of funny looking people. I cant believe that his church actually believes he is such a good person. That good person has been stealing things off of his parents farms for over a year and getting away with it. The police get called and he has time to flea and when he was caught and handcuffed in the back of the squad car for over an hour they had to let him go because someone forgot to file the court order for him to stay off of the property. Then after it got filed he started to tell the police that he had the FAKE contract to buy so they let him go again. How can someone as EVIL as Ervin is keep getting away with all of the illegal things that he has done????
Please call the Muskegon County Sheriffs Dept. and tell them about the illegal things that Ervin has been doing in that house. We all know that he has a second set of books on the trucking business seeing he has been running it illegally under another name. Like he thinks we wouldnt find that out either. But the more people that turn him into the police the more they will listen. He threatens people all of the time and he makes sure that he has at least 2 goons with him were ever he goes so that no one will beat him up (like what happened years ago). Someone got the best of him so now he is scared of people. If everyone would just turn him in he couldnt keep doing this. Its just that he is sue happy and he doesnt care who he sues, but if everyone would get together and turn him in he would have to go to PRISON for everything that he has done, and people could get on with their lives and not have to worry about him hurting them anymore.
Its pitiful that Ervin continues to hurt his parents and the courts are letting him get away with it.

Ervin has hurt my family several times using his trucking business and they dont want to have anything to do with him either and yet he continues to harass us. We have been thinking about moving out of Michigan just to get away from him but why should we give up our homes just because of this 1 career criminal. Its not fair to honest law abiding citizens that this criminal has so much power over us and the law. The law is not being served to us as far as were concerned.
Billy please post again and put the date on it so that I know exactly when you are on her. Also if you want to upset Ervin, he has to go to court in Grand Rapids Federal Court, he will be there on June 6th it is posted online but not the time, but I'm sure that you can call the court house and they will tell you the time.

Ervin had tracking devices installed in the Semis that's how he found out where you were. He doesn't use them for good he uses them to find his trucks and steal them back. Ervin had the Red Freightliner taken in as a lien because he stole a trailer from Trailer X-Press and refuses to give it back until it was spotted at his parents farm and was turned in. Trailer X-Press basically repoed the Freightliner so that they could get their money back because Ervin lied in court (as ususal) and told the judge that he NEVER owned a Red Freightliner which you know is NOT true, you have seen the truck. Ervin used the Tracking device to find out where the Freigh. was and went and stole it right out of Trailer X-Presses impound lot in the middle of the night. I guess he figured that if he did that they couldn't prove to the judge that he owned it, well they took him to court after they got the trailer back and they got their money out of him for it.

Ervin really is a crook too. He had an engine put into a truck that he was leasing to own and wasn't paying on that either (he paid after 1 year and he used his parents money to do it) Johns Custom Shop put the engine in the truck and they were charging him $6,000 for it and Ervin wanted to settle for $1,000. He is a cheap crook. They said no so he started suing them for $25,000 for loss of wages, and the court shut him down telling him that he needed a lawyer and he is too cheap to pay a lawyer so he let it drop, but he still demanded that his truck be returned IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! Yet he bought a Semi from his uncle never paid him and his uncle died waiting for Ervin to return his Semi to him IMMEDIATELY!!!!! What a joke. This is all on record in the Muskegon County Building so if you want to see over 60 people that he has sued just look at the records, they are easy to come by and more people should report him like you are doing and I hope that you are going to the proper authorities and making them listen to you since you aren't the only one that Ervin is doing this to. In my first report, I didn't mention that Joseph left me STRANDED in Kansas City, MO., after I demanded my paycheck. You see, Joseph learned of the hotel I was staying at (after I delivered a load for him in Harrisonville,MO.) Joseph called the police (in Missouri) and had them take the red Freightliner from me. Joseph left me in Missouri without money or a ride home.
