Warning to Real Estate Appraisers. ES orders reports, does not supply correct information claiming in came from their client WAMU/CHASE. Cancels completed orders becase "the client" didn't like the bottom line, or wanted me to alter appraisal reports by removing condition photos. Requests are directly in violation of USPAP.

Haven't gotten paid for any completed assignments yet, but I will persue with the CT. Banking & Appraisal Commission if I have to.
