I HAVE NOT GOTTEN PAID $4,450 FOR 5 ASSIGNMENTS. Contacted via telephone for 5 assignments over a 3 1/2 month period. High end appraisals. Complex properties. Never thought of investigating an AMC who has BANK OF AMERICA as the client. Performed these appraisals as well as getting an Oath of Appraiser. High end means values from $2,000,000-$5,500,000. Having appraised in this market for over 30 years, NEVER, NEVER have I not gotten paid by someone who engages my services. Never even gave it a thought until my instincts took over. Boiler room type receptivity. Calling me on Saturday nights and Sundays. Updates, request for appraisals. Tons of work offered to me. I started with these 5 jobs (Sept.28) and was told payment was in 60 days. Nothing. Even referred to a manager after I spoke with my cordial contact who told me she would be processing my invoices. Nothing. No checks. Emailng Billing Dept. with no response. Past contact no longer working at company. Left messages on several voicemails for some attention. No response. It is beyond belief as a professional to be treated this way. I will never do business with any company from Florida again. This is BIG TIME FRAUD.

A past management employee called me today. He said he hasn't worked for ES in a year, yet he is still on their voice mail list. He got the FNMA account for a client but ES could not service it. He (I can provide his name w/out a problem) stated that ES has not paid thousands of vendors. They have been doing this since 2007. They laugh when they are threatened. The Proprietors keep changing the name of their company to keep the fraud going. ES has put a bid on a BPO contract for FNMA. This contact told me the best thing is to get FNMA involved. I will do this. Also, I have a friend who is on the Appraisal Board for the State of Connecticut. I plan to get their license as an AMC rescinded in Connecticut.

A current employee called me today, asking me to do a 1004 appraisal. Told him my position. He said he will check with Billing Dept. They talk a good game but these people are about the lowest on the Human scale.

Also, Chase is the client they are representing, not BOA.
