E.S. Easyway Services Ltd. They offer you 3000 channels through their TV on PC program(tvonpcelite.com) : scam! free trial? not really! Los Angeles California

They entice you through their internet ad (tvonpcelite.com) with promises of 3000 channels.free upgrades, movies, sports. They offer you a free trial. All you have to do is pay (through your credit card)$2.97 for the shipping & handling of their free CD(which I never got) and they let you download their software to watch all those wonderful (!!!)channels.

Yes, you can see channels right away but you can find anywhere else in the free internet tv. I decided to wait for the CD (dumb me!) to see if that enabled me to see any of those wonderful channels they offered.

After trying this product and being very unhappy with it (never got the CD) I tried calling their phone number...all I got is a recording :please leave your message.

Then I got 2 charges in my credit card : one for the CD and one for $59.80!! I called the number it listed as the company processing the transaction. They said they were just a "third party customer support service and are not
directly affiliated with this merchant". They told me I had to contact E.S. Easyway Services Ltd. to get my money back.

I kept trying and then I got slapped with another $59.80 charge. Now I'm really angry! I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Now they are in the process of doing that.

Meanwhile, I started e-mailing ("cs_stefaniek@customerservice-nv.com" )the company who processed the transaction and telling them if they don't refund me everything they're just as bad as E.S. Easyway Services Ltd. because these people are scammers, make false promises, won't answer calls, etc....and I would expose everybody in the internet.
That seemed to finally get their attention and they told me since I wasn't happy with the product they would refund everything in this coming week and make sure I wouldn't get charged again.

I'll update this report as soon as I get my money back.
Please, everybody...stay away from www.tvonpcelite.com
