Nov 15, 2004. I finally got through at the 800-301-3724 number. The first person was a person and got transfered, talked with another person and got transfered to a voicemail box.
At the voicemail box I had two choices: 1) do I want to disconnect and 2) if you would like to discuss your charges leave you name, number, etc.
There is a internet website listed above. ESBI claims to be a clearinghouse for ESBI and two other companies. You can leave a message and pray that the service will be disconnected. I will be interested to know what happens next.
This company said that I had subscribed to this service but that isn't true. The service was forced on me.
