I have made numerous phone calls that I began in November of 2007 to cancel a service that i didn't authorize. I left several messages and even called my local phone service provider to which this charege was being applied to .Verizon said I needed to contact the company directly and that they coudn't remove the charge from my bill.I began to call the 1-800 number provided and left over 100 messages and no return calls.I also made online attempts to contact customer service and would only receive a confirmation e-mail that someone from customer service would contact me within 5 business days. I would like to stop the charges applied to my bill effective immediately and to be awarded back monies stolen from me.The company in question is ESBI they are the middle man for several rip-off companies to place unauthorized charges on your phone bill.
