A lawsuit needs to be filed against Qwest if you are considering doing this please include us ( contact via email ) and we may file suit if no one else does.
Somehow an agreement has been made unknown to our company which partnered with qwest as our internet provider in 2006. In 2007 qwest decided to start billing us $39.99 monthly and has not stopped until we noticed earlier this week
(July 2009). qwest has given us absolutely no assistance after hours on the phone with them and we are left to file a complaint with the MN Att General and will continue to fight this.
Does anyone know what ESBI ETS is or does ?
