ESBI ETS appeared on my Qwest bill too!! Alas, I have automatic debit through my bank acct. So I can't "not pay" the $14.95 charges plus the $4.04 taxes. Called ESBI ETS and THEY have taken me off I think as they show no billing phone number for me but Qwest says they cannot take the charge off.
