My husband does the bills and unfortunately doesn't look at the itemized charges. I questioned a seperate invoive, with the same stationary as my AT&T billing. I assumed it was part of my bill. I called AT&T they didn't have a clue. I called MY voicemail Network to dispute the charge. She gave me a website, creidt4@mvn.com, and a confirmation # to complain, and to be credited. Well to my surprise, I came across your Ripoff Report site, with testimonials of many people complaining of a BOGUS website and unauthorized charges by ESBI-My Voicemail Network. Called my phone company back, to find out this was going on since June! They were only able to credit me for the past three months, and have since put a third party block on my phone for future billing. TO EVERYONE OUT THERE, CHECK YOUR ITEMIZED BILLS!!!
