I found a fraudulent charge of $12.95 on my combined Verizon/Verizon-Wireless bill by ESBI. I do not know this company, I never ordered this service and this charge is a complete fraud.

I called ESBI and they said I should call MYIProducts at 1-800-286-4455. I called MYIProducts but they said they could cancel it but could not refund the payment. So I called Verizon-Wireless and they told me it was not part of their bill and told me to call Verizon. So I called Verizon but they said it would have to be taken up with ESBI. I called MYIProducts again and I told them I was not going to pay the charge because I didn't order it. They said it would continue to be on my bill because they had proof that I ordered it. This is a complete fabrication, the company is a total RIP-OFF.

When I went on line to find more information about ESBI and MYIProducts there were tons of RIP-OFF complaints about this company. In my opinion this company is definitely using PCs to commit fraudulent orders over the internet. Don't let these con artists get away with this SCAM. Contact your State Attorney and US Attorney.
