ESBI - Orbit Telecom Voicemail QWEST via the billing ESBI and Orbit unsolicited long distance service billed via QWEST Internet

Today was round two with ESBI, Ashley seems to be the only one working today!  Igualamente Hernandez (don't know, never heard of) signed up for this service as well as Orbit using my phone number.  He/she used an bogus address near mine street was good number was not a real one.  I drove to where the address should have been, open field, I called the county to see if it was a legitimate address, Nope!  I tried to do some reverse searches on email address and narrowed it down to Redmond Washington, only one state away.

Ashley told me they check to make sure the zip code and phone number and email address are all within the same area.  I asked what was the mile radius--600? Like other reports they want me to fax my bill to them, I said you initiated the charge I am sure you have a copy.  She could only go back 2 monthes, I said someone there can go back further, I want to talk to them.  When she kept repeating the same rigamoroll, I asked her how she slept at night.  Anyway I said that by keeping my money when she knew and admitted that Idid not sign up for service makes her (the company) just as much of a theif as Igualamente Hernandez.  She hung up on me.
