ESBI - Transcendent FRAUD - Call to get it resolved! Dallas Texas

I recently looked at my AT&T phone bill and noticed that it had gone up $30. I called AT&T and of course they had no idea and that I needed to contact the company that was charging me. Which I thought was odd because it was showing up on my AT&T bill. I digress, I called the ESBI company and they were very rude! I spoke with William and his supervisor Gus, made up names I'm sure. They said that I had authorized this charge for dial up service (I already have DSL with AT&T). They gave me a confirmation number and said it will be credited within 1-2 billing cycles. I called AT&T and they said some crap as to why it was Ok'd to be put on my bill. I will have no problem calling them everyday until this gets put into my account. It is a SCAM and should be regulated!
