My parents can hardly read anything up close. Evidently they missed that two companies were charging every month through their Verizon Bill. Cities that they had never called appeared under a company called USBi. Another company (ESBI) was charging for voicemail service with "protection against identity theft."
I saw their bill and called ESBI. They are currently returning the money through credit, but now the USBI company does not show up on the bill. Something is going on. I still have to call the USBI "scampany." I don't know wether they will return anything. I think that they are the same thing, the reason being is that they have the same website, which seems like it was made overnight.

Over the last 5 years Many Individuals with complaints about USBI have have wasted their time and efforts calling US Billing Inc in Milwaukee WI to resolve their issues. We cannot help you at US Billing Inc. US Billing Inc. located in Milwaukee WI is a mail house, serving agencies and businesses requiring volume and discount mailings. We do not do phone billing or any type of commercial billing related to the communications industry. Do not call US Billing Inc in Milwaukee we cannot help you. And considering the business we lost due to USBI I would like to see USBI go away permanently.
