I did not authorize this company to add this service on my phone bill yet since 5-07 i have been fighting this charge I refuse to pay the $15.95 a month and now am in risk of losing my phone service for non payment. I have e-mailed the "company" called the pointless 800 number and after nearly a year i am STILL being billed!! Make it go away. Thank you
