Two months in a row I have been "crammed". This month was from two different ESBI companies, in the amounts of $19.95 and $14.95. I contacted both and was told they would remove the charges. I told them I did not want to be charged again by ANY of their affliate companies either. They stated, as with others, I sign up online through a coupon site, a free intelligence test, a survey or a sweepstakes or??? I asked why I didn't get any confirmation email and how do I access my account that I paid for.........it's on the website. I couldn't find anything on any of their websites to access my account. Not only was it unauthorized I don't even have a product!. ESBI told me they were only a billing service (right, for their numerous companies!)

AT&T is going to send me a form so I can not be billed for any third party charges (why didn't they tell me that last month???) Obviously, the phone companies are making money off of this too.

I registered a complaint with the San Antonio Better Business Bureau and I filed a complaint with the FCC.

I also called the FCC. Apparently, there is a loophole in a law that allows these companies to bill the phone companies because it is for MY CONVEINENCE to have one bill for many services. I asked why the FCC doesn't do something about this fraud, she said not enough people take the time to complain to them.

So I am requesting that all of YOU, file a complaint with the FCC (online) as well as the BBB where the company is located. Unless we are united in getting our complaints to the right authorities nothing will ever be done about this. I know you are all as angered about this as I am, PLEASE channel it to the proper authorities. If everyone that had been taken by these companies would have done so before, we wouldnt' be in this mess now.
