Bought a new Forest River Travel Trailer from ESCAPE RV and have had nothing but problems. we got it home and found 3 dents on the siding 4 big dent on the front top, We were told those were not there when we picked it up,lol yeah i guess i should have climbed on top of the trailer, you cant see them from just walking around it. then we find out we need new axles. we also had to have heat ducts connected that were never connected at all, just laying on the floor behind the cabinets, then we found we were missing parts to the keeless entry. i don't blam Them for all this but the damage that was on this trailer was inexcusable, and of course they would not admit it was there already. They are not professional and have bad attitudes, trust me DONT BUY A FOREST RIVER AND DON'T BUY FROM ESCAPE RV.

Escape Rv fixed the problem

Escape Rv responded to this report and immediately wanted to appease us. They came and picked up the trailer and kept it for approximately 2 weeks. They replaced the axles and tires. They kept us informed of what was going on. They said that the axel company would work with them. They did do what they could to make us happy. The trailer seems fine now, but we lost a few weeks of our camping season. Seems like it was more of a forest river problem, but they could have had a little more quality control.
