Eschelon Merchant Service, AZ Eschelon Merchant Services sales person Michael Lee faked my signatures at Eschelon contract and non-cancellation equipment lease with Northern Leasing Systems. Phoenix Arizona

 We have been victimized also by Eschelon Merchant Services.   First I was approached by a telemkartet person who claimed that we can have better merchant service rate because our good record.  The the sale person, Michael Lee came to my office.   He promised me 2.2% cap for four years and wrote it down on the contract.   I told him that we are a business to business company and did not need credit card equipment.  He told me that the credit card equipment was no charge and was part of PCI compliance. I DID not sign the personal guaranty form since I never mix the business with personal stuff.

However, immediately after, we found that Northern Leasing Systems charged us $99.00 per month (not $80.00 in Pasadena) and plus some miscellaneous charges per month.   Also I found that that Eschelon rate was even higher than our existing merchant service, not to mention 2.2%.   I request both Eschelon and Northern Leasing Systems to send me the documents that I signed.  I found that the documents were not I signed.    I have requested Eschelon to send me the original copies or copies that were certified by a notary.  They never did.  I have filled this to Attorney General and FTC.   I urge that all Eschelon Victims should act together to crack this fraudulent company.
