eShakit eShakti.com Completely screwed up my order for my bridesmaid dresses for my wedding and never delivered the entire order. Sammamish, Washington

I ordered two dresses from eShakti at the end of May, 2012 for the bridesmaids in my wedding. They were to be delivered within 14 days. At the end of the first 14 days, I received an email stating the company was behind, and my dresses would arrive late- something I should have been made aware of at the time of my order. So, I waited and about 9 days later I got my shipment. Instead of arriving with the 2 dresses which I paid for, they had only shipped one. The dress looked absolutely nothing like it did on their website- the material, color and even the style didn't look the same. I called over 5 times (nobody ever called me back) to ask about my second dress and when it would arrived, and I was promised it was on it's way. I waited a few more days- nothing. So I called them yet again to just tell them to cancel the order. They then stated (and emailed) that they would ship the second dress free of charge, and refund all my money. I am still waiting on that second dress to arrive, and still waiting for them to refund all the money. The did end up refunding part of the money, but considering they did not keep one of their promises, this is not nearly enough. I want the rest of my money back. They also say their business is located in Washington state, which is not true- they just have people answering phones there. The business is located in India. Had I known that ahead of time, I would have stuck with a company in the US. Everything about this company seems to be a lie.
