Purchased Microsoft Security Essential and Microsoft Windows Defender on 11/7/2017 for $288,99 and Microsoft Firewall Security for $399.00.  They asked for 2 paymente from my checking account.  I got notice from my bank that the $288.99 was returned because they used the wrong account number.  I notified them that day and they suggeted I put through a payment for both charges of $688.99 and if the $399 charge went through they would refund it.  the $399.00 charge went through on 11/10/17.  I notified them. I spoke to "Alex" twice after the first contact and was assured the $399 would be returned.

It was not returned and when I called the numbers I had been given they both were disconnected.  "Alex" gave me his phone number as 13524773035, ext 1000.
