Essentials_of_Pure Xtreme Kurves Retail Ripoff- Bad Service! Houston Texas

  I pre-orded some Skin lightening cream and some Pure cream from a promotion that was being offered on Instagram. This model had really flabby hanging skin 3 stomachs, on her abdomen and severe cellulite, she also was very obese, and she claimed this product really worked. Even though my abdomen is not in that condition and my weight is good and I don't have severe cellulite and my skin is also beatiful, I wanted to try both products... They even had a relative of mine on the advertisement from Love and Hip Hop-Tv Show, that actually is the reason why I decided to purchase their products. To get to the complaint, this company is located in Houston, which is where I reside. I ordered my product the Pure Cream on 2/27/17 and it took them almost two weeks to provide my shipping confirmation and to receive the product.

On the same date I pr-ordered the skin lightening cream and model that has the flabby skin and etc. stated that it was a pre-order and that it will ship on 3/10/18. Now before any confirmation email was sent I several emails and messages on Instagram to get updates, watb after placing the initial order because they are in Houston, and this company would not respond. I also called their business phone number and it is always going straight to voicemail and finally the lady on instagram answers and is very rude and claims my order is being sent out on a future date. This is already about 2 weeks in already. I also never received a confirmation confiriming the shipping details and they claimed they had sent one. Now its March 09, 2018 and I contact them because I want to confirm that my skin lighteneing cream is being shipped, I email, text message on instagram and also try calling, no answer for a few days.

Then on 3/12/18 I get a email stating that I am not going to get the product and in that I will be receiving a refund. I of course am unhappy and I, state my concerns and the the lady from the advertisement -which by the way tells me she is who I spoke with, tells me she is going to block me on Instagram so I can't inform customers that this company has a 0 level of service. If they can't send a product to someone in Houston, which is where they are located, and be courteous- then what kind of business are they are running? They may be operating a scam, and want people to purchase from them,but then does not send out the product and is very rude and does not follow through on any service type level.
