Please be careful about a company called Essex leasing. They are a not a real company. If you get an email about a company called Essex leasing please ignore. They will claim to pay you $98,000 a year and will start you off with a screening project and will claim they will pay you $2500 after completing the screening.
The truth is, within a week on the "screening", they will send you an email with links from Capital one, Chase Bank and Bank of America for you to open an account with any of these companies. They claim that the company will then forward funds to your account to purchase laptops and store them at a warehouse while the so called new office is open in your area.
The project manager that may email you is probably a guy name Tyler Aderman. He's fake computerized voicemail sounds like a white guy, but instead he has a middle Eastern accent. These people are using goodgle voicemail to call you and after that, you will not be able to get in touch with them. Do not fall into that trap people. They're not real.
